Is there a security deposit for renting?+
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the outfit and is fully refunded upon safe return of the garment in its original condition.
Is home delivery available for rented outfits?+
Currently, home delivery is not available. All outfit pick-ups and returns are done at our store in Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad. We'd love to welcome you in person!
What happens if the outfit gets damaged?+
We understand that accidents can happen. In case of any damage, charges will be assessed based on the extent of the damage. Our team will discuss this transparently with you at the time of return.
What are your working hours?+
We are open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week. Feel free to walk in or book an appointment in advance to ensure we have dedicated time set aside for you.
